I have 33 years old , I am non smoker, not using any drugs routinely and have not any systemic diseases, have one boy 4 years old, married form 5 years, currently suffering from low sperm count with 5 million and had a varicocele, mild size on right testicle and moderate size in lift testicle, all my sex hormones are in normal range, FSH=5.5 and LH=5.5, Prolactin= 8.88, Estradiol= 30.78 and Testosterone total=15.46, my wife had 31 years old and used non hormonal IUD after the first baby delivery for 2 years and she got it off since one year and 10 months and we have delayed second baby, please inform me what I can do
